Open Position: Short-Term Receptionists

Description:

The Aldan Troy Group is seeking short-term receptionists for their clients across the borough of Manhattan. These are very short-term opportunities ranging from as short as the day to a few days. This would be a great opportunity for aspiring performers, musicians, or individuals who are looking for flexible part-time work. Some of these opportunities may be same day and the ideal candidate should be open to work with very short notice as short as the morning of the assignment. Please only apply if these type of assignments are what you are looking for at this time. The hours will vary but will typically be between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is a plus
1 year of Professional Reception experience in an office environment
Flexible availability with the ability to work full days when available
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible with ability to multitask

These are temporary positions and following the interview they will start with as little as a days notice, so you should not be currently employed and be available to start right away.
